Baked Egg Pudding
Overview
Raise your hands if you don’t like the outside of the egg tart crust, oh so there’s you, you, and you. Among you are my Dabao and my sister. These two people are very strange. They always eat the tart filling and leave the tart crust there. So many times I just bake the tart liquid directly. This tart mixture is simple and very versatile. Today I only use milk, eggs, and sugar for flavoring. It tastes really good. If you like it, you can try it. You can use the amount of sugar as you like. If you like it sweet, add more. If you don't like it, add less. By the way, if you want to bake something salty, that's fine too.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add eggs to sugar and beat until sugary.
