Ingredients: Pickled cowpeas, pickled peppers, ginger, minced meat, garlic.

Cut all ingredients into small pieces.

Stir-fry the minced meat in a hot pan with cold oil.

Add pickled pepper, ginger and garlic granules to the stir-fried minced meat, add a little cooking wine and continue to stir-fry for a while.
