I watched James teach a recipe for typhoon shelter prawns a few days ago, and I thought I would give it a try. I didn't expect it to succeed the first time, it was quite simple.

Prepare all the ingredients, remove the shrimp lines from the shrimps, remove the stems from the peppers, wash and drain and set aside.

Place the drained shrimp directly into the heated non-stick pan and fry over medium heat. After the shrimp changes color, remove and let cool.

No need to wash the pot, add olive oil and chopped peppers and roast until fragrant. Then set aside.

Cut a piece of butter and melt it over low heat, then add the yolk part of the salted duck egg and stir evenly.
