Ingredients
Steps
-
Two sweet potatoes, two purple sweet potatoes, and three taro. Peel
-
Slice all the ingredients and steam them in a pot until they are cooked through, about 20 minutes
-
I forgot to take a picture of the ingredients being crushed into a puree. Divide the ingredients into bowls and crush them into a puree. Add as much tapioca flour as possible to the puree ingredients in a ratio of one to two. Eat it and roll it into thin strips
-
The cassava flour I bought is not sold in supermarkets
-
Take a basin and sprinkle some tapioca flour to prevent the paste from sticking
-
Boil the pot under boiling water for two minutes, take it out with a colander and soak it in cold water. The longer it will be, the better it will be
-
Add cold milk and it tastes great! ! !
