Use boiling water to scald the yogurt bottle (sterilize). After scalding the yogurt bottle, set it aside for later use. Take the bacteria powder out of the freezer and let it warm indoors for 15 minutes before use.

Pour the milk into the milk pot, add 5% sugar, and stir evenly

Pour in one packet of mushroom powder and stir for 5 minutes.

Put it in the oven and turn on the fermentation function (about 8 hours). After the yogurt is ready, take it out and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating it for better flavor.
