Steps

  1. Prepare materials. Crush Oreo cookies (the size depends on the size of the mold and personal preference)

  2. Add 15g of whipping cream to 15g of sugar and beat with a whisk until about 60% thick, which is when it is thick and still slightly fluid. (The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. If you add milk, you need to add a little more sugar)

  3. Put the biscuit crumbs into the mold (the amount is based on personal preference, don’t put too much). I forgot to take a photo of this step when I was making the ice cream. Here is the photo I took when I was making the ice cream. The operation is the same. If you are making the ice cream, you can leave some small biscuit crumbs to sprinkle on top at the end.

  4. Pour the whipped cream into a piping bag, squeeze it into the mold with biscuit crumbs, and gently shake it a few times to eliminate air bubbles and make the surface smooth. If the mold is not full, wait until it is flat before pouring it flat. (If you like a slightly harder texture, you can add some pure milk, stir quickly, and then pour the mixed whipping cream into the mold).

  5. Cover the popsicle mold with a lid (if you don’t have a mold, you can use a cup or a small bowl or something like that and insert a stick. You can eat it directly with a spoon without inserting a stick. It’s the same as ice cream and very delicious) ps: Don’t ask me why two of the ice creams are made of bamboo sticks. The child with the popsicle mold was played with by naughty children, and the two lids can’t be found. . .

  6. Put it in the refrigerator to freeze until it solidifies. Do not pull out forcefully when demoulding. Just rinse the outside of the mold with cold water and you will be able to pull it out easily after a while.

  7. Super delicious. I didn't put milk in this one, the cream was a little harder, the mold was smaller, the fluidity wasn't very good when it was put into the mold, and some of the liquid didn't flow to the bottom. But it still tastes great!

  8. Ice cream like ice cream! So delicious! The key is, it’s super easy to make, with zero additions, so you can eat it with confidence!
