Soak the lobster in water for 1-2 hours, (change the water twice), wash it with a brush and drain it.

Sauté ginger slices, garlic, and chili peppers with oil until fragrant. (If you like chili peppers, you can add more chili peppers. I don’t like spicy food, so I just add 6. I need more oil.)
