Plum cake roll

I just took a look at the cake roll I made last month. The pictures are relatively well preserved. I’ll post them to have a look~

Beat the eggs with sugar (add the sugar three times), sift in the flour, and mix well

Cut the ebony into fine pieces, add a little flour and wrap it on the ebony to separate the ebony grains. Pour the egg batter into a baking pan lined with greaseproof paper, sprinkle in the plum seeds, and lightly shake the baking pan a few times to pop out the air bubbles in the egg batter

Place the baked cake slices upside down on another piece of oil paper

Spread some honey on the cake slice in step 3, roll the cake into a roll with oil paper, wrap it up and let it cool to set
