Add corn oil and water to the syrup and stir evenly

Add flour

Stir evenly and knead into a ball

Knead the mooncake skin into a 30g ball and roll the bean paste into a 45g ball (my mold is 75g). Adjust the mooncake skin and filling to your own preferences

Take the mooncake skin and wrap the bean paste filling

Push the skin up and roll it into a round ball

Put into the mold

Launch the mold shape,

Put it in a preheated oven and heat it up and down at 150 degrees for 25 minutes,

After 5 minutes, just brush on a thin layer of egg yolk

After baking, take it out and let it cool for three days until the oil returns and the color becomes beautiful.
