Overview

  1. After the pork bones are cooked, remove the lean meat and cut into small pieces

  2. Wash the green peppers and cut them into triangular pieces, wash and cut the Hunan peppers into sections, and cut the garlic sprouts into diamond-shaped sections (not photographed here)

  3. Put oil in the pot, fry the deboned meat until half dry, set aside
