My mother wanted pig blood and bought a piece. Because my mother has a poor heart and kidney function, she needs a low-fat and low-salt diet. Pig blood itself is salty, so I didn’t add any salt at all. Healthy people cannot adopt my approach.

  5. Stir-fry the cabbage until soft, add water and pig blood.

  6. Cover the pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  7. Garlic yellow.

  8. Take a small amount and wash it thoroughly.

  10. Boil the cabbage and pig blood soup until it simmers quickly and turn off the heat.
