Pour 1 bowl of pea flour into a cooking pot, add 5 bowls of the same amount of water, and cook over medium heat until bubbling and sticky. Remove from heat, pour into a stainless steel container and let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before unmoulding and inverting. (Specific steps omitted)

Place the shaved cold vermicelli on a flat plate, add some of your favorite oily chili peppers and light and refreshing shredded cucumber or bean sprouts.
