Wash and soak the peeled mung beans for 5 hours, changing the water in between.

After controlling the water, cover the steamer with a cloth.

Steam for 40 minutes.

Add sugar and grind in a food processor.

Add boiling water to ice skin pre-mixed powder.

Knead the mung bean paste into a ball using gloves.

Take a piece of ice skin powder and flatten it, then add mung bean paste filling and wrap it up.

Grease the mooncake mold with corn oil, add the wrapped snowskin mooncakes and press firmly.

I added some food coloring to make a few colorful ones.
