I have a few strawberries left over from yesterday’s cake making, let’s use them to make a mousse! If there is no cream, just use yogurt to make a refreshing one. Anyway, making mousse for the first time is like a workout! I didn’t expect that I would feel a sense of accomplishment after finishing it...

Cleaned strawberries

Crushed biscuits (homemade oil-free biscuits)

Melt butter over water

Mix the butter and biscuit crumbs evenly and press them into the mold

Put the strawberries into the condiment cup, pour in the yogurt, and mix the gelatine powder with chopsticks

Start the food processor and make the juice. The yogurt and fruit mousse juice is ready

Paste a few strawberry slices inside the mold

Pour the prepared mousse juice into the mold

Put an appropriate amount of strawberry powder, powdered sugar, and gelatine powder in a bowl. Add warm water to the pot. Dissolve the gelatine powder and mix well. Wait until it cools and pour it into the mold

After refrigeration and setting, remove from the mold, decorate with fruits and sugar granules, and finish
