Summer salad...to cool off the summer heat
Overview
This is my first time to make a salad, and my first time to share it. Because I usually like running and swimming, I will gradually become more interested in the original taste of food. I will try the salad I designed and put in raw onions and purple cabbage that I don’t like but are nutritious. This salad will be easier to accept. After eating it, I feel less stressed. I hope some friends will like it~

List of ingredients: I heard that salads generally have 8 to 10 types of combinations that are more reasonable
-
The first step (the only cooking part): 1. Fry the tofu in a pan for about 3 minutes, sprinkle some salt, and cut it into pieces the size of a 5-cent coin. 2. At the same time: cook the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces and set aside (I heated them in the microwave for 90 seconds, put them in a plastic bag and put some water in them to ensure the humidity); boil the eggs in a small pot, half-cooked is best;

Step 2: Cut purple cabbage into thin strips, cut cucumber, mango, and onion into cubes and set aside
-
The happiest step^_^: Pour all the ingredients into a bowl, add passion fruit, yogurt, and stir ~
-
Use yogurt instead of salad dressing, which is healthier

It tastes very good. I believe that most people don’t like raw onions, but eating them raw can sterilize and lower blood pressure and fat, so I added them unexpectedly to make the whole salad richer in taste. In terms of aroma: the mixture of half-cooked eggs and yogurt also has an unexpectedly good taste. The milky aroma goes well with the eggy aroma of semi-liquid eggs. The purple sweet potato has a comprehensive taste effect in the salad, which is soft but moderate. The aroma and taste of Guiqi mango, needless to say, are like summer ~ the sun is not hot...
