Wash the peeled mung beans and soak them in water for 5 hours.

After the mung beans are soaked, put them into the electric pressure cooker with just enough water to cover the mung beans. Press the beans and set the timer for 35 minutes. Add half of the sugar and oil and press with a spatula to form a paste.

Add the remaining oil and sugar to the pot and stir-fry the mung bean puree until it forms. Divide into small pieces and break them up with chopsticks. After cooling, knead into large pieces and press evenly to make the mung bean puree slightly elastic.

After cooling, divide into 40 grams of dough, which can make about 30 pieces.
