Cut the king oyster mushrooms into hob pieces (I cut them in advance and forgot to take pictures)

Cut the lettuce into hob pieces, take half of the green and red peppers and cut them into diamond-shaped pieces

Put oil in the pot

Heat the oil slightly, add the lettuce and stir-fry for a minute

Add king oyster mushrooms and continue to stir-fry until some of the water in the two vegetables is fried out

Add green and red peppers and continue to stir-fry

Add salt and stir-fry until a small amount of soup comes out

Pour in oyster sauce
