I used cornmeal, bean flour, and the flour that was mixed with flour to make very delicious cornmeal. My family said it was very successful. So delicious!

Blanch 90% of the cornmeal in boiling water. Once cool, crack in an egg. Add a drop of peanut oil to make the corn noodles absorbable to the human body. Just like eating carrots, they have to be soaked in oil before they can be absorbed by the body.
