Peel the cold potatoes and cut into shreds.

Chop the ginger, garlic and millet, cut the tenderloin into shreds, and marinate with light soy sauce and tea oil for 20 minutes.

Preheat the pan, pour oil and add ginger and garlic.

Add shredded cold potatoes, stir-fry for two minutes, add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
