Tomato rice tofu
Overview
Rice tofu is made by grinding rice into pulp. I don’t know exactly how to make it. It can be eaten as a staple food or a dish, and it should be good for making soup, but I haven't tried it. My mother bought a piece of it two days ago and cooked it with a tomato. It was sweet and sour and appetizing. The rice tofu was smooth and tender, not bad. . .

Cut rice tofu into small cubes and soak in water for later use

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, mince the garlic

Stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil
