Eggplant with garlic paste
Overview
The eggplants we eat this summer are all homegrown, and they were no longer available a few days ago. The remaining bits were steamed and mixed with garlic paste two days ago. It tasted great. In summer, eggplants are often eaten this way and they taste healthier.
