Prepare ingredients.

Put the bean powder and thirteen spices into a bowl, mix well and cut the tofu into cubes.

Add water to the bean flour bowl to make a paste that can be coated with tofu, then put it into the bread crumbs plate to coat it.

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden.

Remove and drain the oil.

Fry the tomato sauce in the same oil as the tofu.

Add sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry until it becomes a sauce.
