A high-looking dish that will stand out at a banquet. The preparation method and ingredients are similar to steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli, but we gave it an auspicious name. We hope that the new year will be as prosperous and happy as the flowers blooming, and good luck

Prepare the ingredients, wash the onion, ginger and garlic

Trim off shrimp whiskers and legs

Use scissors to cut off the back and pick out the shrimp lines

Use a meat mallet to pound the shrimp meat a few times

Cut the vermicelli into about 10 cm long and soak them in boiling water until soft

Mince ginger and garlic, chop green and red pepper

Take a plate and spread the soaked vermicelli on it, high in the middle and low around the edges

Place the shrimp

Mix minced ginger and garlic, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and white sugar into a sauce

Pour the sauce onto the vermicelli before steaming

Sprinkle green and red pepper on top

Bring to a boil and steam for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and steam for another 3 minutes
