Date-flavored bean dregs cake

Yesterday I made red date and wolfberry soy milk. I couldn’t bear to throw away the dregs that came out, so I thought about making it into bean dregs cakes! I forgot to add sugar when kneading the dough. If you like it sweet, you can add some sugar

Mix flour and baking powder, add bean dregs and knead into a ball (the amount of bean dregs should be added depending on the degree of dryness and wetness) and let rise for 15 minutes

Roll the dough into a piece of about 0.5 cm

Apply oil to the mold and press out the model

Preheat the upper and lower plates of the electric baking pan and place it into the cake mold

Bake with lid closed for 10 minutes

Plate it! (I forgot to add sugar. It’s not to my son’s liking. If you like sweetness, you can add some sugar in moderation)
