Stir-fried bacon with radish skin
Overview
When I was in college, my third aunt gave me a big bottle of fried bacon with radish skin. The sweet radish skin, Pingxiang's unique bacon, and Pingxiang's unique chili noodles are really a divine dish of bibimbap. The food in Lanzhou is mainly pasta. Coming from the south, I miss the spiciness of my hometown very much. The stir-fried bacon with radish skin that my third aunt brought me came in handy. The 50-cent rice paired with the stir-fried bacon with radish skin is simply a delicacy in the world. It saves money and is delicious. The whole dormitory enjoyed this unique delicacy. The air in Lanzhou is very dry and the fried bacon with radish skin is quite irritating. Our noses were dry and bleeding, but we still loved the taste. Now that I have started a family in Shanghai, I really miss the taste of my hometown. I called my third aunt to learn from her experience and learned how to cook this coveted hometown taste. The main dishes can be freely mixed in the quantity

Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the radish skin bacon and steam it in a steamer. The chili noodles should be made with red slices that are slightly beaten (I brought them back from my hometown Pingxiang during the Chinese New Year). Minced garlic
-
Heat the pot, put in the oil and wait for it to cool down a little. This is to avoid burning the garlic and chili noodles if the oil is too hot. Stir-fry garlic seeds in the pan
-
Add the chili noodles. According to personal taste, I don’t add too much chili because I have babies
-
Pour in the steamed bacon and radish skin, and I poured the bacon oil together. The more vegetable oil, the better. The bacon oil is very fragrant
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly
-
Take out of the pot
