I really don’t cook much seafood at home. For this bottle of juice, I decided to make a simple and hassle-free shrimp sauce. If you are lazy, I can buy ready-made shrimp sliders. It is simple and quick, and tastes good. . . .

Ingredients: 1 package of shrimp paste, 1 coriander, appropriate amount of selected seafood juice, a little red pepper, 2 cloves of garlic.

Wash and cut the coriander into sections, peel and mince the garlic, and cut the red pepper into small cubes and set aside.

Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil and then turn to low heat.

Slide the shrimp onto a spatula and squeeze into a long strip.

Dial into the pot piece by piece.

The shrimps are soft and cooked and float.

Remove and control water.
