Ingredients: asparagus, fresh clams, red pepper, yellow pepper

Wash the asparagus and cut it with a diagonal knife. Cut the red pepper and yellow pepper into diamond shapes

Pour oil into a hot pan, add the chopped asparagus, red pepper and yellow pepper into the pan, stir-fry and add salt

Stir-fry for about two minutes. Add the fresh scallops and continue to stir-fry for about another minute

Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate
