Overview

It’s really cold to eat ice cream in winter~~ However, my daughter still wanted to eat it after a little bit and said it was delicious. She even brought a little guest to eat it the next day and even said it was delicious~~ I made it by myself and put it in the refrigerator and left it alone. I’m lazy, haha. You can stir it every once in a while. I think it’s okay not to stir it~~ Because it tastes delicious~· If there is no chocolate sauce, you can add more sugar to the ice cream to beat it. The one I made has a milky flavor and is not very sweet.

  1. Prepare raw materials: 250g whipping cream, 200g milk, 50g powdered sugar, 2 egg yolks.

  2. Mix the egg yolks with two-thirds of the powdered sugar until evenly mixed.

  3. Weigh 200 grams of milk into the pot, pour in the stirred egg yolks, stir well, and cook over low heat without boiling. (Turn off the heat if there is bubbling at the edge) Let cool.

  4. Add 250g of light cream to the remaining powdered sugar and beat until solid.

  5. Add the cooled egg yolk milk to the whipped cream.

  6. Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, (for fear of ice water entering and affecting the taste of the ice cream), put it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours.

  7. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out balls.

  8. Sprinkle some chocolate sauce and enjoy. It’s very cold. In winter, eat a little bit every day~·
