Fried corn with loofah
Overview
Dinner for one person can be simple or complex. Sometimes, I often make a plate for myself that can be used as both a dish and a meal. It is both delicious and nutritious, and is quite quick.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the loofah, peeled and cut into cubes.
