French fragrant slices
Overview
This is also a relatively quick snack. The baguettes are bought at the bakery. You can bake them by mixing the fenugreek sauce at home. They will come out sweet, delicious, crispy and crumbly. As long as you master the baking time and temperature, there is basically no failure. My baguette can be cut into 18 pieces, and one baking pan has 9 pieces, which is exactly two baking pans. Therefore, the weight of the fragrant sauce is based on one baguette. This weight is for your reference, you can increase or decrease it as appropriate.

Steps
-
Cut the baguette diagonally into slices, about 2cm thick.
-
Mix milk and sugar, melt over low heat, then turn off heat.
-
After turning off the heat, use the remaining heat of the milk to melt the butter. When it is warm but not hot to the touch, add the light cream and stir evenly. The fragrant sauce is ready. At this point preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
-
Dip the sliced baguette slices into the sesame sauce quickly. Don't let the baguette soak up the sesame sauce. Then place them on the baking sheet. Remember to line the baking sheet with tin foil.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes, flip over halfway through, and bake until golden in color.
-
After baking, let it cool naturally, and you will get a sweet and crispy bite. As long as you master the baking time and temperature, there is basically no failure.
