Toon scrambled eggs

Overview

Toon is called a tree vegetable and is the bud of the toon tree. When the toona trees first came down, my mother-in-law picked the freshest ones, chopped them into pieces and put eggs in them. The rich aroma filled the whole house.

Steps

1. 1 A handful of Chinese toon, washed and drained

   

2. 2 chopped

   

3. 3 Beat 2 eggs and mix into the chopped toon

   

4. 4 After the oil in the pot is hot, pour in the Chinese toon egg liquid

   

5. 5 Flip and season with salt

   

6. 6 Ready to serve
