The grilled pork ribs are crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. They are finger-licking delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mince the garlic and cut the green onion into sections.
-
Clean the ribs and apply cooking wine - salt - brown sugar - chili powder - cumin powder in sequence. (I used the chili powder used to make Korean kimchi. It is not spicy and the color is very beautiful.)
-
Add minced garlic and green onions and marinate for more than 4 hours. (I marinate it in the morning and cook it in the evening)
-
Remove the marinated pork ribs from the green onions and place on the grill.
-
Wrap in foil and seal.
-
Place in the preheated oven and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for 1.5 hours.
-
Take it out after baking. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
-
Pour out the oil and water from the grilled ribs and brush with a layer of honey. (If you don’t like sweet taste, you don’t need to use honey.)
-
Place it in the oven again and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius) for 10 minutes.
