Ingredients
Steps
-
One papaya, peeled and cut in 1/3 of the head.
-
The papaya sits in a small bowl to make it more stable.
-
Use a small spoon to scoop out the papaya seeds and wash the papaya heart.
-
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft and set aside.
-
Heat the milk without boiling it. Add a little sugar to taste. If you like it sweet, you can add a little more. Then add the soaked gelatine sheets and mix well.
-
Pour the stirred milk liquid into the papaya
-
Cover the papaya head again, then wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 3 hours until the milk solidifies before cutting it. The longer the refrigeration time, the better, so that the solidification will be firm, otherwise the milk will still flow.
-
I made it at night and cut it open the next day. It solidified very well. Look at the picture of the finished product.
