Young pepper and yellow mushroom

Overview

The yellow mushrooms are very crisp and tender, paired with green tender peppers. They are bright in color and crisp in taste, preferably light.

  1. Wash the yellow mushrooms and tear them into small strips and set aside.

  2. Remove the core from the young peppers, cut into thin strips, and add some salt to taste.

  3. Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, add the green peppers and stir-fry.

  4. After the tender peppers are fragrant, add the yellow mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, then add salt to taste.

  5. The yellow mushrooms have shrunk so much that they only come out of the pot in a small bowl, which is tender, smooth and refreshing.
