Passion fruit wine
Overview
Needless to say the benefits of passion fruit, this wine tastes great! It’s very delicious and fragrant, but remember not to soak it in high-altitude wine (30 to 33 degrees is best). I soaked some high-altitude wine last year, but it didn’t taste good and was too spicy...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a clean glass bottle (can be sterilized with wine). I use a 15-pound bottle (weigh the bottle first, and tare it later). Cut the passion fruit into two halves, and use a clean spoon to scrape the meat and seeds into the glass bottle. Weigh it once and it will be enough for two and a half kilograms after peeling
-
Add 2.5 kilograms of rock sugar and 9 kilograms of rice wine (home-steamed rice wine, alcohol-free and more mellow), seal it and store it for three months before filtering it out, using a clean gauze or clean filter
-
After filtering, put it into a small glass bottle and drink it at any time. I drank all the filtered ones at home. In fact, you can drink it without filtering, but the taste is a little different.
