Overview
I used to really hate eating cauliflower, but as I grow older I gradually become less picky about it. Ever since I learned how to stir-fry this dish, cauliflower has been included in the recipe.

These are the cooking procedures. Prepare ingredients and stir-fry in pan. Cauliflower has so many stems that it would be a pity to throw them away. So I cut them into slices and fry them with green onions.

Stir-fry for two minutes and add a small amount of light soy sauce to increase the freshness. Add cauliflower.

The cauliflower is not very cooked, so you need to cover it and simmer it for about three to five minutes.
