My mother wanted to eat pork belly during this time, but the weather was too hot and no one wanted to stay in the kitchen for too long, so I thought of this steamed rice dumpling, which is simple, easy and satisfies my cravings

Pork belly slices

Add dark soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, onion and ginger, mix well with your hands, and marinate for a while

While the meat is marinating, make steamed pork powder. Add rice to the pot without oil and stir-fry

Add Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry

Fry until the rice turns yellow

Pour into a plastic bag and roll into powder with a rolling pin

Peel and cut potatoes into slices, place on a plate
