Fried quail eggs with tomatoes
Overview
My snack foodie loves to eat tomato scrambled eggs. No matter how she cooks, pan-fries, stir-fries, boils or steams them, as long as these two ingredients are combined, she will eat them with gusto, so I always keep these two ingredients in the refrigerator for convenience. Today's tomato-fried quail eggs are easier to make than scrambled eggs. I have no say in the taste. Anyway, if you are a snack foodie, it is a pleasure to eat, so just treat it as a little fresh.
