Soak the mung beans in water the night before and wash them

Pour pure water into the pot and boil

After the water boils, add mung beans, rock sugar, and lemon slices, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes

After the finished product is brought to room temperature, add donkey-hide gelatin dates. You can cut the dates into cubes or halves and store them in the refrigerator
