Creative Sandwich - A gorgeous transformation of leftover rice
Overview
I've really become obsessed with fried rice recently. I eat all the leftover rice at home in a different way, but no matter how delicious it is, eating it every day will inevitably lead to boredom. Today I found that there were some slices of whole wheat toast at home, so I made a fried rice sandwich on a whim. Isn't there a rice burger? The fried rice sandwich was not strange. I didn’t expect it to taste super good. So, the leftover rice transformed once again. After eating it, Rui Rui kept saying it was delicious and wanted to take it to school as a snack. She quickly wrapped one up and gave it to Rui Bao as an afternoon snack. 😜😜

Here is a picture of the finished product. Because this is for Ruirui, I cut the toast into four parts along the diagonal. This size is more suitable for children to hold and eat
