When I get home from get off work in the evening, I can buy enough ingredients. Prepare the following ingredients and seasonings to start making Korean kimchi

Cabbage, radish, pear, ginger, garlic, hot sauce, salt, sugar, glutinous rice flour

Cut the cabbage in half and wash it, then wash it again with cold water and drain it
