Knead 40g lard and 80g flour into a pastry (the lard is made from fattened meat)

Knead 5g sugar, 30g lard, 45g water, and 95g flour into a watery crust

Let it sit for ten minutes

Divide the pastry into 10g pieces and divide the oil dough into 15g pieces

Wrap the pastry in the water-oil skin and wrap it into twelve pieces

Roll out into a long strip

Roll it up from top to bottom and roll it out again into a long strip. Roll it up and repeat this step three times

Leave to relax for ten minutes

Flatten

Wrap in the fillings. I used cranberry and durian fillings. You can also add your own fillings

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with the seam facing down

Cover with a layer of tin foil to prevent coloring and bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes
