Whole wheat baguette
Overview
Baguettes are the easiest, easiest, and healthiest. Not too many ingredients, sugar-free, oil-free and dairy-free, very healthy! My husband particularly likes this baguette, which is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. He says it’s perfect for breakfast. A baguette and a pot of black tea are enough!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour all ingredients into the bread machine bucket
-
Knead until a thick film can be pulled out
-
Take out the stirring rod and roll it into a ball for fermentation
-
Ferment until 2.5 times in size
-
Remove the air, divide it into three parts and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long oval shape
-
Roll up and put into mold
-
Put it in the oven for the second fermentation. Put a bowl of warm water in the oven to help fermentation.
-
After fermentation, cut a few cuts on the surface and sift in a little flour
-
Place in preheated oven. 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Spray a little water on the surface to prevent it from getting too hard (the temperature is based on your own oven, and the temperature of my oven is on the low side.)
