Dried cranberries cut into small cubes

Cut the butter into small pieces, place it in a large bowl and heat over water until it melts.

Sift in cake flour.

Put the butter dough into a plastic bag and arrange it into a rectangular shape. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
