Chocolate chip cookies

Overview

I haven’t made many cookies, so I thought kids would like them. Christmas is coming soon, so let’s have some fun too. . . . Although it's not as beautiful as my friends, it still tastes good. . . .

Steps

1. 1 Materials are weighed for later use.

   

2. 2 Heat the chocolate in the microwave for one minute and set aside.

   

3. 3 Beat the butter and sugar, then add the egg mixture in portions.

   

4. 4 Beat until the eggs are completely incorporated into the butter.

   

5. 5 Sift in flour.

   

6. 6 Stir evenly, form into a ball, and add chocolate. (Forgot to take a photo)

   

7. 7 , (the chocolate added later will become granular, which is the effect I want) Roll out the dough with chocolate added.

   

8. 8 Take the biscuit mold, press it, and the biscuits are ready.

   

9. 9 Put it on the baking sheet and put it in the middle rack of the oven at 190 degrees or 15.
