Cut the Chinese cabbage into four quarters, wash and dry. Bring to a boil, add salt, and soak the cabbage in salt water for about 12 hours.

Wash the accessories and set aside

Chop the apples, pears, garlic, and ginger into fine pieces, shred the white radish, and cut the leeks into approximately 4cm long segments, and put them into a large bowl.

Add chili powder, a little cool and mix well.
