1. 1 Prepare raw materials.

   

2. 2 Peel the purple potatoes and cut them into small pieces, which are easier to steam.

   

3. 3 Add the steamed purple sweet potato to the white sugar while it is still hot and twist it into a puree, then pour in the light cream and stir evenly.

   

4. 4 Take a container and spread a layer of purple sweet potato puree first, then a layer of bean paste.

   

5. 5 Repeat step 4 repeatedly until the container is filled. Then add mint for decoration.
