Wash the mung beans and put them into a pot with cold water and cook until boiling

When boiling, add a bowl of cold water and continue to cook

Cook until the soup turns green, turn off the heat and change the pot

Put it into the rice cooker. It is not necessary to add all the water. Add all the beans, leaving half of the water. Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes

When it boils, add the other half of the water and simmer until the beans bloom and become soft and waxy! About 10 minutes
