  1. pack of fresh gourami

  2. All ingredients include rice, money mushrooms, green onions, and ginger

  3. First, soak the money mushrooms (the queen mushrooms among the shiitake mushrooms are super nutritious)

  4. After soaking, chop into pieces and put in a pot to stew

  5. Boil rice into thick porridge

  6. Put the money mushrooms into the porridge and stew together
