Homemade soybean sprouts with soy sauce
Overview
I particularly like the taste of Northeastern miso and never tire of eating it. It is especially added to some dishes to make the dishes more delicious with the sauce flavor. Today's soybean paste is a special addition to rice. After the soybeans are soaked and swollen, filter out the water, then cover them with gauze and place them in a warm place. Change the water every day until short sprouts appear and they are ready for use.
